Always a pulse on the market, cutting-edge marketing strategies and savvy negotiations join uncompromising integrity as the hallmark’s of Arlington’s services for the past eleven years.
Arlington is well-respected in The Bahamas and The Turks & Caicos Islands, not only for his high ethical standards but for his unparalleled professional track record and for being an honest, hard-working Broker/Realtor who does absolutely everything in his power to ensure his clients’ success and satisfaction.
As a sales executive in the TCI, Ali worked with off plan (pre-construction) luxury condo-hotel developments from planning to construction, completion and re-sales. He was an original member of the sales team for The Ritz Carlton West Caicos, The Somerset Resort and The Windsong at Grace Bay. Ali has worked with clients from around the globe who have invested in many of the islands throughout the Turks and Caicos.
His success in sales led to the listing, sales and marketing of Leeside Estates, a 35-acre luxury ocean and canal front residential development on the south eastern shore of Provo. Shortly thereafter, he was given the task of marketing and selling a 95-acre residential and commercial development on the island of Provo.
With a premium on service (WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT), representing a buyer or seller, using CMP/RPA (correct market position/right price analysis) and target marketing, he will work tirelessly to provide relevant and related information that will enable you to sell your home in a reasonable time or find the investment best suited for you.
In his opinion, “This may be the BEST TIME EVER to invest in THE BAHAMAS!”
